Other Recent Projects

Working with Rick and Linda Metcalf was a very enjoyable experience.  With a grandchild on the way, they foresaw a need for additional space  to enjoy the new arrival.  We customized their addition to include a fireplace, beamed ceiling, child swing area and a windowscape.  The couple are avid cyclers and wanted a stone outdoor shower area,, which we were able to seamlessly incorporate into the exterior design.
In this project for Dr. Kerri Simo, careful consideration was made for maximizing space efficiency and the utilization of existing structural elements.  We created a very user-friendly space with room for a guest bedroom and bath, a gathering area with wet bar, and a theater room.  Plenty of storage and shelving completed the space utilization.  And all of this was planned to be constructed around an existing utility room, stairway and structural posts.
